Starting over in Hollywood, Carpani worked her way into American television, landing roles in NCIS: Los Angeles, The Glades, and Against the Wall. After years in America, Carpani eventually returned to her homeland, where she secured a recurring part as Claudia Salini in the long-running soap opera Home and Away in 2024. This role marked her final professional appearance on screen.
