Jessica Biel has revealed the most memorable part of Matchbox — so which bit stuck with her?

On Matchbox, Jessica Biel isn’t faking the fast-and-furious stuff — she learned it. In a new chat with Entertainment Tonight, Biel said she trained to perform practical moves behind the wheel, including whipping an old Mustang into a pinpoint 180 so the tail lands exactly on its mark.

“When you're learning to 180 your car like an old amazing Mustang and like hit a mark with the end of the car. You feel so cool,”

Biel framed it as a chance to step outside her comfort zone and pick up a very specific new skill set. The toy-to-film project comes from Mattel, which has been pushing into big-screen adaptations in the wake of Barbie’s success, and Biel sounded all-in on the physical side of this one.

He-Man’s streaming rebound

While Biel is burning rubber, another Mattel favorite is finding new momentum at home. After a soft theatrical run, the latest live-action Masters of the Universe has been clicking with viewers on streaming, where audience reaction has run warmer than the mixed-to-positive reviews out of theaters.

The movie’s box office stalled at about $113.5 million worldwide against a reported $170 million budget, but the at-home crowd appears more receptive. The story follows Prince Adam’s journey from Earth back to Eternia as he embraces He-Man and faces off with Skeletor.

That renewed interest has pushed the film to the top spot on Amazon Prime Video’s movie chart in the United States.
