The streaming platform announces a massive Korean content expansion with romantic comedies, reality series, and Blackpink star Jisoo's acting debut in a virtual dating comedy.

Feeling sad about Squid Game wrapping up? Netflix has your back with a massive wave of Korean programming hitting the platform throughout 2026. The streaming service just announced 33 new Korean movies and TV shows joining its catalog this year.

Several titles are already live for streaming. Rom-com series Can This Love Be Translated?, No Tail to Tell, and K-drama Undercover Miss Hong launched recently. Single's Inferno returns today with its fifth season.

February Releases and Spring Lineup

February brings mystery thriller The Art of Sarah and the second season of unscripted series Agents of Mystery. The first quarter also features romantic comedy Boyfriend on Demand, starring Blackpink's Jisoo as a woman who gets her hands on a device that throws her into virtual dating chaos.

Additional first-quarter drops include feature film Pavane and reality show Ready or Not: Texas.

Summer Programming Surge

Spring and summer months pack even more content. Better Late Than Single season 2 returns alongside Bloodhounds season 2. New additions include Husbands in Action, If Wishes Could Kill, and Jae-seok's B&B Rules!.

The roster expands with Notes From the Last Row, Sold Out on You, Teach You a Lesson, The Wonderfools, and We Are All Trying Here.

Strategic Content Investment

"We gave K-drama fans more of what they loved, but invested in differentiated new stories that took K-content fandom to the next level," said Minyoung Kim, Netflix's Vice President of Content for Asia. "Even outside APAC, we have helped to ensure local authenticity sits at the heart of Netflix series."

This expansion comes as Korean content continues dominating global streaming. Squid Game seasons 1-3 remain available on the platform.
